Settle every bill.Move only the net.
Setoff clears what businesses owe each other in one onchain cycle. Debts that cancel out never move — you only fund the difference.

How it works
Three steps, all in one app.
Bill anyone. It lands in their app.
Fill in who owes you, how much and what for. It shows up in their Setoff app, or send the link. They approve it with one free signature — no gas, no account.
- USDC or EURC
- Invoice note stored onchain
- Either side can cancel
Fund only what you actually owe.
Setoff adds up everything you owe and everything you're owed, and tells you the one number to deposit. Owe 1,000 and owed 800? Deposit 200.
- One-click deposit
- Opt-in USDC ↔ EURC netting
- Partners can extend you credit
One cycle settles everything.
Every bill in the cycle clears in a single transaction. The contract checks every position itself, and if anyone is short, nothing moves at all.
- Final in under a second
- Pays in parts when you're short
- Dispute anything before it settles
For AI agents
Agents can settle up too.
Agents that buy from other agents run up hundreds of tiny bills. Setoff's MCP server lets any AI agent bill, approve, fund its net and check its position — in plain language, with a spending limit you set.
- Works with Claude, Cursor and any MCP client
- Per-action spending cap on every agent
- Same invoice links as the app

Built on Arc
Made for a chain where money is the native asset.
Arc runs on stablecoins, settles in under a second, and has the building blocks a clearinghouse needs.

Final in under a second
Cycles can run every few minutes, and money is yours the moment it settles.
- INV-1042memo
Notes on every payment
Invoice text and cycle summaries are recorded onchain with Arc's Memo.
- Harbor ✓not 0x4365…
Names, not addresses
Counterparties show up by name, verified against Arc's identity registry.
- 0transfers in settle
Never stuck on one wallet
Settlement never sends tokens, so a frozen address can't hold up anyone else.
Questions
The short answers.
Is this a lending platform?+
No. Setoff settles debts that already exist, with no interest. Businesses can optionally give a trusted partner a credit line from their own deposit; that risk stays between the two of them.
Who holds my money?+
An open contract with no owner and no admin. Only you can withdraw your balance, and it only goes down for bills you approved.
What does it cost?+
Arc fees are paid in USDC. A cycle of 25 bills costs about two cents in total, shared by the whole network.
I'm owed EURC but owe USDC. Do I deposit USDC?+
Not if you opt in. A cycle can swap your leftover with someone who has the opposite, never below the minimum rate you set.
What if I'm short when a cycle runs?+
The cycle pays as much of your bills as your deposit covers, and the rest waits for the next one. If a partner gave you a credit line, the gap can come from that.
What if a bill is wrong?+
Dispute it. That freezes the bill until you and the other side propose the same amount still owed — or 0 to cancel it. Nobody else can decide it.
Stop moving money that cancels out.
Open the app, send your first invoice, and watch the next cycle clear it.
